New Orleans Customs House Award

After Hurricane Katrina in 2005, the U.S. Custom House in New Orleans underwent a series of renovation and restorations to this 1848 landmark. The National Trust for Historic Preservation has recently presented its Preservation Honor Award for the restoration of the New Orleans U.S. Custom House. The project is one of 22 award winners to be honored by the National Trust during its 2012 National Preservation Conference next week in Spokane, Wash. Houston to Franfurt!

Congratulations to the 4b Team for contributing to the success of the world's second largest jetliner making its first landing at Houston's Bush Intercontinental Airport! Wednesday afternoon, the Lufthansa Airbus A380 touched down at 1:37pm and marked the first nonstop flight connection between Houston and Frankfurt, Germany. This Boeing 747-800 seats 526 passengers and holds eight first class seats which sell for more than $14,000 a piece.
