We work alongside the architectural team to establish the technology framework for the project, defining system concepts, equipment space requirements, and distribution pathways while coordinating within the evolving building design.
We refine and coordinate technology systems with the architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines, developing detailed layouts, equipment requirements, and infrastructure designs that establish the basis for construction documentation.
We finalize and document technology systems through fully coordinated drawings and specifications, ensuring seamless integration with the architectural and engineering disciplines and supporting accurate pricing and construction.
We remain actively engaged through construction by reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and conducting site observations. Through active oversight and coordination by our dedicated CA Team, we help ensure the contractor’s work conforms to the design intent, minimizing costly changes and supporting successful project delivery.
