As part of UT Southwestern Medical Center North Campus expansion, the Brain Institute & Cancer Center was developed as a multi-building healthcare and research complex supporting advanced neuroscience and oncology programs. The project includes approximately 585,000 SF across two nine-story towers connected by a shared podium, along with a 1,200-space parking garage. The facility consolidates outpatient cancer care, infusion services, imaging, clinical trials, translational research, and academic and administrative functions into an integrated campus environment that supports multidisciplinary care and collaboration.
