Level P01 will have multiple uses including a lobby, retail space, garage, offices, mechanical spaces and amenities. The office building will have Anchor Tenants on levels 11-22, an expansion for Anchor tenants on Levels 23 – 28 and Boutique offices on Levels 29-35. Level 36 is designated for mechanical.

This project consisted of security infrastructure and designs for a new office building, parking garage, two surface lots and building grounds. The scope of services included interior surveillance, surveillance to the building entries and building corners for property perimeter. 4b also provided an access control system design to the building as well as security to the parking lots and parking garage.

Dow Chemical’s Corporate Headquarters in Midland, Michigan includes a new state-of-the-art, six-story building for approximately 600 to replace the current 2020 Willard H. Dow Center. The new facility, within the corporate center campus, will include a visitor reception area, customer conference rooms, and flexible office space, meeting rooms, media centers, huddle rooms and break rooms to foster greater collaboration and efficiency. New technologies designs include: the latest in audio-visual and internet technologies to enhance productivity and innovation. 4b Technology’s scope included the design of technology infrastructure, Audio-Visual and Security design services.

The sixteen level tower features 490,000 square feet of office space and 11,000 square feet of ground floor restaurant/retail space located in Austin, TX. Floor plates in the office tower will be among the largest in downtown Austin averaging approximately 32,500 square feet. The project also includes two parking levels below grade and 12 levels above grade with dual access. The development team is seeking LEED® Gold Certification and an Austin Energy Green Building 2-Star rating offering lower operating costs and increased employee wellness and productivity. 4b provided Core & Shell and Security design services for the project.
