Texas A&M University Engineering Medicine Program – New Unique Space

Texas A&M University (TAMU) transformed an existing 18-story office tower into a one-of-a-kind home for its innovative Engineering Medicine (EnMed) program. Through the adaptive reuse and renovation of the building, the project created a dynamic academic and research facility for the MD and Master of Engineering “Physicianeer” program, where medicine and engineering converge to educate the next generation of healthcare innovators.

The facility includes state-of-the-art simulation and testing labs, a full-floor simulation center, medical maker spaces, classrooms, research laboratories, faculty offices, conference rooms, and collaborative innovation environments—all designed to foster interdisciplinary learning, research, and hands-on problem-solving.

Our team was proud to help create a space where future Physicianeers can learn, innovate, and redefine the future of healthcare.
