The TMC3 Collaborative Building is a 250,000-square-foot state-of-the-art research facility located at the heart of Helix Park, the 37-acre biomedical research campus in Houston, Texas.  Designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects, the building serves as the cornerstone of the TMC3 project, aiming to accelerate the translation of academic research into commercial medical solutions.
