The Class A office tower positioned along the Lady Bird Lake and Shoal Creek in downtown Austin, developed by Trammel Crow Company and designed by Pelli Clarke & Partners (with STG Design as Executive), the building is characterized by its sweeping, sail-like glass facade, which responds to stringent creek and lake setback requirements while maximizing panoramic views and daylight. A defining feature of the tower is its landscaped outdoor terraces at every level, the first of their kind in Austin, reinforcing a strong connection between workplace, nature, and public realm. The project incorporates five major amenity floors, ground-level retail and dining, fitness and wellness spaces, and direct connections to the Shoal Creek hike-and-bike trail. Sustainability and occupant well-being were central drivers, resulting in LEED Platinum certification. 5-story, sail-shaped office tower, downtown Austin, Texas
