Walmart Home Office

The Walmart New Home Office Campus was developed as a next-generation corporate headquarters focused on fostering collaboration, employee wellness, innovation, and long-term sustainability for Walmart’s global workforce. Situated on approximately 350 acres in Bentonville, Arkansas, the campus includes more than 30 interconnected buildings, with office environments supported by integrated campus technology infrastructure, including enterprise Wi-Fi, distributed antenna systems (DAS), and high-performance low-voltage and network systems to enable seamless connectivity across the site.

The development also includes wellness and fitness centers, food and retail venues, childcare facilities, structured parking, conference and event spaces, and an extensive pedestrian and bicycle network. Designed as one of the largest mass timber corporate campuses in the United States, the project emphasizes smart building systems, digital workplace enablement, and strong integration with Bentonville’s surrounding community and regional trail network.
