Block 71- a new Austin mixed-use project. Rising 554 feet and 36 stories, the building stands as the tallest and largest office tower in downtown Austin’s skyline, being built by Trammell Crow Company. Over 1.4 million square foot office tower with 7,080 square feet of retail space, five levels of below-grade parking, and 12 levels of above-grade parking featuring a double helix podium parking deck. The building also features a conference center, fitness center, and urban park.
