Sam Houston State University Health Professions Building

The Health Professions Building will serve as the new home for SHSU’s allied health programs, including athletic training, dietetics, physician assistant, and physical therapy. Additionally, the Master of Science programs in Athletic Training and Dietetics will be relocated from Huntsville to Conroe and integrated within the new facility. The building is designed to support a wide range of academic and clinical functions, featuring specialized skills labs, active learning classrooms, a seminar room with a demonstration kitchen, an athletic training control room, exam rooms, huddle spaces, conference rooms, and a multipurpose room. The project also incorporates a campus library, food pantry, food service areas, and a variety of student support services, creating a comprehensive and collaborative learning environment.
