Adaptive reuse and renovation of an existing 18-story office tower to create the EnMed academic and research facility for Texas A&M’s MD and Master of Engineering “Physicianeer” program. The project features simulation and testing labs, maker spaces, classrooms, research facilities, faculty offices, conference rooms, and collaborative innovation environments designed to support interdisciplinary medical and engineering education. Influces a full floor silmulation center and medical maker spaces.
