The University of Houston–Clear Lake Bayou Building Renovation project focused on modernizing and improving one of the University’s primary campus facilities to better support students, faculty, and staff. The project included renovations to classrooms, offices, meeting spaces, and common areas, along with updated interior finishes that created a more functional and contemporary environment throughout the building. Life-safety systems and related infrastructure were also modernized as part of the renovation effort. Throughout construction, work was carefully coordinated to minimize disruption to ongoing campus operations and daily university activities.
